Always Check Cold

Tire pressure should be checked when tires are cold (not driven for 3+ hours). Hot tires read 10-15% higher.

Don't Underinflate

Underinflated tires cause excessive heat buildup - the #1 cause of RV tire blowouts. When actual weights are unknown, inflating to max cold sidewall pressure is the safest approach for RV and trailer tires.
