Vroom Slide Out of Sync After 3-7 Cycles - Troubleshooting
Already got quoted $800 to fix my Vroom slide that's going out of sync after 3-7 cycles since upgrading from Schwintek rails last year and wondering if I can tackle this myself. While I was excited about the upgrade based on all the positive reviews, I'm running into a frustrating synchronization problem. The system works fine initially, but after about 3 cycles it starts going crooked, and by the 7th cycle it completely stops operating. I can resync it and it works again, but the pattern repeats every time. I've already swapped out the controller thinking that was the culprit, but I'm getting the same behavior with no error codes showing up. This is really disappointing since my old Schwintek system, despite its eventual gear failure, never had sync issues like this.
