Finally, after all that rain last week, my 18-year-old RV's HWH leveling system control panel started acting up with these frustrating intermittent problems. The front and back jack controls are acting erratic - sometimes they work perfectly, other times they're completely unresponsive or behave unpredictably. The side leveling controls seem to function normally most of the time. This has become a real safety and convenience issue, especially when I need to retract the jacks to leave a campsite and can't rely on the controls working properly.

I decided to contact HWH directly through their support form. To my surprise, they called me back the same afternoon and offered to repair the panel. For just a little over $100 (mostly labor), they fixed the controller, replaced the Lexan cover, and made sure all micro switches were working properly before shipping it back. Staring at my 2022 Thor Quantum SE28 furnace after following three YouTube tutorials that somehow made it worse — now it won't ignite despite the blower running perfectly. The unit is getting power and the blower motor kicks on when I call for heat, but I'm not getting any ignition at all - no flame, no heat output. I can hear the blower running strong, so it's definitely getting electrical power, but something in the ignition sequence isn't working.

I've got plenty of propane (3/4 tank) and my stove works fine, so I know gas is flowing to the RV. This is actually the first time I've tried to fire up the furnace this season after it sat unused all summer. The outside vents look clean and I don't see any obvious obstructions, but I'm wondering if there are specific components in the ignition system I should be checking.

What are the most common failure points when you have blower operation but no ignition? I'd like to work through the troubleshooting systematically rather than just throwing parts at it. Are there particular components like switches or igniters that typically cause this symptom? …more

Every time I turn on a faucet in my new RV, this Shurflo 4008 water pump just won't quit running like it's stuck in overdrive! 🏃‍♂️ Even when I'm not using any water, this thing is chugging away like it's got somewhere important to be.

I'm pretty sure it's the high pressure microswitch acting up. As I learned, this can cause the pump to run continuously due to a high resistance short. The good news is you have multiple repair options:
- Replace just the microswitch
- Replace the pressure housing (3 screws)
- Or swap the entire pump (about $73 on Amazon)

Has anyone dealt with this before? I'd love to avoid replacing the entire pump if possible, but I'm also tired of listening to this mechanical marathon runner! …more
