Walked into three dealerships with my $40k budget and they're all pushing different electrical setups — can't afford to buy wrong between motorhome vs toy hauler power systems. Currently I have a 2020 F350 diesel SRW with a Reflection 29rs toy hauler, and I'm comparing a Grand Design Lineage 31ZW Super C motorhome versus a Momentum 381MS toy hauler.

The toy hauler I'm considering comes with serious electrical upgrades - 2 heated 400Ah lithium batteries with internal BMS, dual 3,000kVA inverters, four 300W bifacial solar panels, dual 50A solar controllers, and 60A DC-DC truck charging. Currently, to transport my side-by-side (SxS), I need two trucks and two trailers, which is inefficient.

I'm weighing pros and cons like overall length (truck and toy hauler would be about 60', MH and 20' cargo trailer would be about 57'), maintenance costs of keeping two diesel trucks, and transportation flexibility. I also have an F150 that could potentially serve as a toad vehicle.

According to my mechanic, my Ford E350 dually has mismatched wheel fitments, center holes that don't align properly, AND different sizing between front and rear wheels all at once. I have a 2001 Ford E350 Class C motorhome with dual rear wheels, and I desperately need to get a spare tire sorted out.

I found what I thought was the perfect rim - same bolt pattern as my existing wheels - but when I got home and really looked at it, the center hole is noticeably smaller than the ones currently on my RV. I've been assuming all six rims on a dually setup would be identical, but now I'm second-guessing everything.

Could it be that Ford actually uses different center hole sizes between the front wheels and rear dually wheels on the E350? I'm really hoping someone can clarify this because I need to know if I bought the wrong type of rim or if there's something else I'm missing here. …more

Got quoted for a whole new valve stem system on my Class C Ford E-450, but shouldn't 4.25x2.25 oval dually stabilizers work for these 225/75R16 tires instead? The inner dually tires are nearly impossible to check air pressure without proper extenders.

What are the best sources for purchasing these specific oval-shaped valve stem extenders? Also wondering if there are alternative solutions that might work better for accessing the inner tire valves. …more

My Class A sits crooked when parked in front of my house due to the road crown, and the entry steps won't extend because they hit the curb. I built some wooden ramps from stacked 2x8s to level out the passenger side, but they're only wide enough for one tire. My neighbor insists I should use the inner dually tire since it carries more weight, but the RV dealer told me to always use the outer tire for stability.
